I've managed to repair Gandalf the White. I was really disappointed that the movers somehow managed to break him, considering he was packed in foam, inside a toughened plastic container. At least it was a clean break along the seam, so I was able to reattach his arm, and it was reasonably simple to repaint him, since it was a small amount of white along the seam, with a reapplication of Bleached Bone highlights.
