Jokaero Weaponsmith [1]

After the initial cleanup and Chaos Black undercoat, I started painting the Jokaero Weaponsmith with Macharius Solar Orange for the fur. I added small amounts of Skull White to the orange for the highlights. Adding highlights to the fur, then more specific highlights to the forearms, bottoms of the legs, head, etc. The final highlight was a very sparse application of pure Skull White to small areas of fur, mostly along the forearms. The fur was then washed with Devlan Mud to tie it all together.

The skin was painted with T allarn Flesh, then some highlights of Tallarn Flesh and Skull White. Finally washed with Ogryn Flesh to blend.

The hands and feet were painted with Adeptus Battlegrey mixed with a small amount of Chaos Black. Progressively lighter shades were applied for the edge highlights on the fingers and toes.

The tech items are painted with Boltgun Metal, then washed with Badab Black. The glowing sections on the backpack etc were painted with Regal Blue, then working up through various blue shades to achieve a blue glow emanating from the elements on the devices.
